Description
Here's a picture of one of my oldest original characters (created all on my own from scratch, and not fanmade for any certain officially liscensed, copyrighted franchises that I know in common, like Sailor Moon, Tokyo Mew Mew, Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch, etc.), that I've created long before I even joined deviantART, for one of my storybooks that I wrote & illustrated, back in the summer of 2004, while I was vacationing to my grandparents house for a week...
Her name is Deena L. Woods, the main protagonist, a ditzy yet bubbly & outgoing 15-year-old teenage girl (going on 16 at the end of my story), who I basically called her by her nickname, "Dolly". She even has a best friend named Sarah Jean Park, who is actually a member of the cheerleading squad for the school that she & Dolly both go to, and who Dolly spends time with the most (and also which I have a lineart drawn of in my sketchbook, and will finish up & post into my gallery soon or later).
Suprisingly, I actually do have more details to explain on this character, as well as some information on the book that she appeared in, in which were actually going to appear here in the Artist's Comments of this deviation, but however, since there was a lot for me say, I then decided to just put all that on hold for now, therefore, I may consider adding more basic information & details about Dolly soon or later. This is actually something that I've been wanting to make & submit to deviantART for quite a while... to draw a picture of any character that I've created anytime through out my whole life, that was made to be completely original instead of being a fanmade character... and I'm so happy to have finally taken the time to do so.
I'm very happy with how this turned out.

The lineart for this artpiece was started on in June 2011, and completed & submitted in July 2011. ^_^
Drawn on 11x8 1/2 sketchpad, with a No. 2 pencil (and in my own traditional art style), fixed, cleaned-up, colored & shaded by using Adobe PhotoDeluxe Home Edition 3.0., and finalized on MS Paint (for thin boarder, and artist's signature).

Wow, Dolly looks so cute in that outfit and she sounds quite an interesting character.
