Racing Scouts - Headshots

Here is a "one-of-a-kind" picture that I drew, of the Main Team of my fanmade, Racing (Video) Game-themed Sailor Senshi; Tabitha Kingston/Sailor Diddy Kong Racing (DKR), Christine Matthews/Sailor Mario Kart (MK), Karen Bernstein/Sailor Crash Team Racing (CTR), Chelsea Barnes/Sailor Chocobo Racing (CR), and Julia Keene/Sailor Snowboard Kids (SBK), all together as headshots.

I've been wanting to make a "Racing Scouts" group picture like this for quite sometime now, and am really happy that I've done so now, especially since I actually haven't made new artpieces featuring these girls together in a long while (ever since July 2009). I simply love how their facial expressions look, especially Christine, Tabitha, and Chelsea's.

This actually appears to be a first attempt to drawing headshots of Sailor Senshi, especially while containing five characters in one whole picture, and was pretty challenging as well, although, considering that it was an attempt, I really don't think I did a bad job, but I can always work hard enough to get a bit better at it.

Drawn on 11x8 1/2 sketchpad, with a No. 2 pencil (and in my own traditional art style), fixed, cleaned-up, colored & shaded by using Adobe Photodeluxe Home Edtion 3.0., and finalized on MS Paint (for thin boarder, and artists' signature). The background was color copied from Microsoft Office Word 2007 & special effected (cloud texture & paint brushes, for the sparkle effects) by using Adobe PhotoDeluxe 3.0., and pasted onto MS Paint.
