OMG, I've started this picture during the... Summer of 2007? This took me so long to get done I can't even remember when it was started! XD While searching through my work last night, I found this picture & wanted to finish it before it had gone to waste. ^^
This is Super Sailor Chibi Moon (Chibiusa/Rini). I drew her in Manga style (which I enjoy most), and made a creative background with hearts & cresent moons adoring it. I love her, I think she's cute.
I'm very pleased of how this turned out (especially for many months to get done 
)
I hope you all like it!
Tools/Programs used: Colored pencils, magic markers, black ink pen, Paintastics, Photosmart, Adobe Photodeluxe & MS Paint.
