Description
Here is a close-up picture that I drew of Chibiusa/Rini Tsukino, performing her "Twinkle Yell/Crystal Twinkle Bell" command as seen in the fourth season of the original anime series. 
I am very pleased with the result, especially when it comes to close-up and shading details, and I hope that you all will enjoy it, too! 
The drawing was drawn & colored in entirely by using MS Paint (free hand, and no tracing).
